Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login into app
2. Disconnect from your internet connection
3. Click on farmer registration and fill all the details
4. Click on submit button " Please check your internet connection " pop is displaying

Expected Result:
" Please check your internet connection " popup should not display and not allowing to submit

Actual Result:
" Please check your internet connection " popup is displaying
