Description

Step to reproduce:
1. Login to Agritek app with Field User
2. Turn off wifi/mobile data
3. click on refresh
4. Navigate to Cultivation and submit crop with valid data
Expected Result:
Submitted crop should move to contract approval.

Actual Result:
Submitted crop does moved to incomplete farm contract
