Step to reproduce:
1. Login to Agritek app with Field User
2. Turn off wifi/mobile data
3. click on refresh
4. Navigate to Registration or Cultivation
Expected Result:
Registration or Cultivation page should be displayed with data
Actual Result:
Registration or Cultivation page does show as empty page
