BT Trader: "+91" automatically added to the Mobile number field for each alternative click on the edit button, due to which we are unable to update the mobile number.

Description
Steps to reproduce:
1-Open trader (role- super admin)
2-Click on user management
3-Click on the edit button of any user
4- "+91" automatically added to the Mobile number field for each alternative click on the edit button, due to which we are unable to update the mobile number.
5. delete mobile number and update still mobile number displaying
Expected result:
The mobile number field should not auto update with +91
Actual result:
"+91" automatically added to the Mobile number field for each alternative click on the edit button, due to which we are unable to update the mobile number.
