Agritek Web:-Crop is displaying duplicate under contract approval.(when submitting inner or mixed crop)

Description
Steps to re produce:
1-Open agritek app
2-click on cultivator the submit any mixed or inner crop
3-Open agritek web then click on contract approval
4-Submitted crop is displaying
5-Click on agritek app then click on re submit
6-Submit the cultivator data
7-Open agritek web then click on contract approval
8-Same crop is displaying one more time
Expected result:
before submitting data from resubmit crop should not display under contract approval.
Actual result:
Crop is displaying duplicate under contract approval.
