Agritek app:when clicking on edit farmer bank account proof is not there and without recapturing the bank account proof image able to submit. (18 question"bank account proof" is mandatory question)

Steps to reproduce:
1-Open agritek app
2-Click on registration then click on edit farmer
3-With out capture image (bank account proof)able to submit the registration
Expected result:
18 question"bank account proof" is a mandatory question-is mandatory question -without submitting mandatory not allow to submit
Actual result:
when clicking on edit farmer bank account proof is not there and without recapturing the bank account proof image able to submit.
