Description

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch youkta web
2. Click on sign up
3. Enter UN and password, login page displaying but at top right incorrect UN and password displaying

Expected Result:
incorrect UN and password displaying should not display

Actual Result:
top right incorrect UN and password displaying
