Description

Steps to reproduce:
1-Open agritek web then click on dairy activity
2-Add activity then click on again add activity
3-Previous added activity is displaying.

Expected result:
Should not display previous data.

Actual result:
Click on edit one dairy activity and click on another dairy activity previous edit data will display
