Description

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login into app
2. Disconnect from your internet connection
3. submit one crop it's not coming to resubmit it's directly displaying in web

Expected Result:
submitted Offline crop should come to resubmit

Actual Result:
submitted Offline crop is not coming to resubmit
