1. open youkta website 
 2. add to cart 
 3. click on confirm and pay 
 4. select payment type 
 5. close the popup of payment 
 6. click on order history 
 7. click on payment failed orders 

 Expected result 
 order failed should display here 

 Actual result 
 order not displaying in payment failed orders 
 Actual result 
 status not change until refresh is done
