Description

Steps to reproduce:
1-Open agritek (Login with fo credential)
2-Submit one lba and approve from employee approval web
3-Go to user management edit any field user and submit
4- Update button is not working

Expected result:
Should able to update
Actual result:
the update is not working (if I convert field user to FPO )
