Description

Steps to reproduce:
1-Open agritek app
2-Click on farmer registration
3-Click on question number 13-"Name as per account"
4-for this question drop-down is displaying

Expected result:
Should display text field for the question number 13

Actual result:
Question no 13"Name as per account" is displaying account type drop-down instead of text field
