Description

Steps to reproduce:
1-Open the agritek app(AP)( Abcd@1234)
2-Click on cultivator fill the data and submit
3-Submit the data from resubmit
4-Launch agritek web
5-Click on the contract approval then click on the edit button
6-occupant Extent in acre), 20(hybrid code), and 21(crop number) is not displaying

Expected result:
Should be displayed occupant Extent in acre), 20(hybrid code), and 21(crop number) question under contract approval.

Actual result:
(Occupant Extent in acre), 20(hybrid code) and 21(crop number) question not displaying under contract approval
