Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login into web
2. click on employee approval
3. enter employee mobile number in search and click on it "there is nothing here" is displaying in new
4. same issue for reject also
Expected Result:
1.Entered employee mobile number details should display
Actual Result:
1.Entered employee mobile number details are not display
