Agritek

Steps to reproduce:
1-Open agritek web then click on rbk then click on member
2-Select users and click on the dairy icon
3-select week, date and time then select an activity(make sure to select multiple activities for one session)and click on submit
4-submit that activity from agritek app.
5-Click on the eye icon in agritek aweb
6-Only one activity image and video is displaying.

Expected result:
Should display for all submitted activity images and video.
Actual result:
Only the latest activity image and video are displayed when submitting multiple activities data from agritek app .
