Steps to reproduce:-
1-Open agritek app and submit one crop
2-Approve the crop from the web then go to agritek app and submit all the collection point (make the crop as harvested status)
3-Open agritek web
4-Click on-farm report then click on harvested/dsisester farms
5-Select the harvested farm and click on eye icon then click on sos/incident
6-harvested data is displaying with empty farmer and farm images

Expected result:
harvested data should not display under sos/incident

Actual result:
After harvested the farm crop is displaying under sos and incident with empty crop and farm images in production.
