Steps to reproduce:
1-Submit one sos in farmer app.
2-Open agritek app then click on workbasket.
3-Assign the sos
4-Click on view sos button then click on no match found
5-Status is automatically changing to completed.

Expected result:
Status should not to complete.

Actual result:
Without submitting sos also status is changing completed.
